A Letter to the Women I’ve Traveled With—And Those I Have Yet to Meet

To all the women I’ve traveled with, and for those I have yet to meet —this is for you.

You have carried responsibilities, nurtured dreams (both yours and others’), and poured your energy into careers, families, and obligations. But deep inside, the call of adventure still whispers to you. The world is waiting, and you are brave enough to say yes!

It’s been an honor to do this work that allows you not to plan every detail - that you don’t need to know the itinerary by heart- and for once, allow the journey to unfold for you. We have woken up in a sun-drenched villa in Tuscany, sipping coffee on a quiet Parisian street, or feeling the sea breeze in Santorini—without the stress of logistics. I know that a lot of you have spent a lifetime making things happen for others, and I’m grateful to be the one to take care of the planning while you simply experience the joy of being present.

To the woman who has put off travel for “someday,” let today be that day. There will always be responsibilities, always something that needs your attention—but you, too, deserve to step away, to immerse yourself in beauty, to rediscover what it feels like to wander without a to-do list.

To the woman who travels with other women, your laughter echoes through ancient streets and serene beaches. You create memories that remind you of who you are beyond your roles, beyond your titles. Together, you embrace freedom, connection, and the art of just being.

And to the woman who is hesitant, who wonders if it’s too late or if she’s too busy—know this: adventure is not reserved for the young. It belongs to the bold, to the curious, to those who dare to say yes to themselves. The world will embrace you, just as you have embraced so much in life.

Let yourself go. Let yourself be taken care of. Let yourself fall in love with the world again. The road rises to meet you, always.

With so much love,

Lea
